Norman K., an independent wealth management platform dedicated to international entrepreneurs and large families, announces the opening of its office in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, marking a new strategic milestone in its development across Europe and beyond.
Following London, the opening of a Luxembourg office represents a further structuring step in Norman K.’s international expansion. For many years, the Group has maintained close relationships with the Luxembourg ecosystem, particularly in banking and insurance, making this establishment both a natural and strategic evolution.

Two highly experienced profiles
Nicolas L’Hermite and Nicolas Mayer joined the Norman K. Group at the beginning of this year to lead and develop the Luxembourg subsidiary, as CEO and Sales Director respectively.
With 18 years of experience in wealth management in Luxembourg, Nicolas L’Hermite has held commercial and managerial positions within the BNP Paribas Group. In recent years, as a member of the Wealth Management executive team, he contributed to the development of offerings dedicated to strategic clients—assets exceeding USD 1 billion—and their Family Offices. He has also advised shareholder families and senior executives of major companies across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, providing comprehensive solutions for their investments and the structuring of their operations.
Nicolas Mayer brings more than 15 years of experience in the wealth management sector in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, having worked at EFG, ABN AMRO and BNP Paribas . Until recently, he served as Senior Wealth Manager at BNP Paribas Wealth Management Luxembourg, where his role focused on managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients, with a particular emphasis on the French market.

A solid and structured growth trajectory
In 2026, Norman K. intends to pursue its development through sustained organic growth, driven by the continued strengthening of its core verticals: Investment, Financing, Corporate Advisory and Wealth Solutions. Through its new presence in the Luxembourg capital, the Group also aims to accelerate its growth via external acquisitions.
