At its June 15th meeting, the Supervisory Board of Groupe La Française appointed Guillaume CADIOU Chairman of the company, effective immediately. Formerly Chief Executive Officer of Groupe La Française, Guillaume CADIOU succeeds Patrick RIVIERE, who will retire.

Patrick RIVIERE will have spent fifteen years within the group, first as Chief Executive Office and later as Chairman. During that time, Patrick Riviere and the management team implemented an ambitious growth strategy, enabling La Française to become a recognized player in the asset management landscape, in France and across Europe.
