La Française Finance Services (LFFS), the cross-asset distribution platform of La Française (the asset management division of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale), announces the appointment of Mickaël BONOMO as its CEO, effective 1 July 2026. Mickaël also joins La Française’s Executive Committee.
In his new role, Mickaël BONOMO oversees all distribution activities of the La Française group, which comprises eight asset management companies[1]. His remit is to accelerate inflows from Target client segments, strengthen existing partnerships and support the development of the group's offering in its key markets, Europe and Asia.

Career
Mickaël BONOMO has more than 25 years of experience in the finance and insurance sectors. He began his career in 2001 in group insurance and supplementary pensions. In 2008, he joined Barclays Wealth Managers France as Head of Sales for Employee Savings Schemes. He moved to Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale in 2010, where he held several Senior positions in distribution, including overseeing tenders and distributor relations for Crédit Mutuel AM. In 2024, he was appointed one of Crédit Mutuel AM’s two Senior executives, with responsibility for investment support functions.
Mickaël holds a master’s in business administration and management from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School and a Maîtrise in Applied Mathematics and Social Sciences (MASS). He is also a qualified actuary, member of the Institut des Actuaires and a 2018 graduate of the Centre d’Etudes Actuarielles.
